El Dorado "Special Reserve" 15 yr old, Guyana Rum 40%
ABV Deep copper to amber color. The nose is filled with classic rum notes offering scents of dried fruits,
caramel, treacle, cinnamon, clove, and allspice. The palate confirms the nose being ultra lush and decadent while never
cloying. It's amazing that this massively styled Rum encourages one sip after another. Fantastic stuff!

Greenore Single Grain 15 yr old Irish Whiskey, Ireland 40%
ABV Pale golden color. The nose is filled with Whiskey notes as opposed to a heavy dose of
wood notes. It's quite complex and very pleasing offering scents of wild flowers, vanilla. orange honey,
shortbread, and Bourbon. The palate is in full agreement with the nose being dry with a mild, sweet smoke
accent. An interesting Whiskey but at this price few will be tempted to own a bottle. $100

Maestro Dobel Diamond Reposado, 100% Agave Tequila, Mexico 40%
ABV Virtually crystal clear. The nose opens soft with lush agave notes mingling with butterscotch
and tropical fruit. The palate entry is round and semi-sweet with an edge of prickly, citrus-like flavors. The flavors
drift in a confusing manner seeming to suffer from a healthy dose of manipulation and troubling additions as well
as the subtraction of color. This product appears to be designed as an accessory for club rats. $75
