Boru Vodka, Ireland
Boru Vodka is said to be the top selling Vodka in Dublin bars and is quickly becoming a top brand in the US thanks to its clean and
pure flavors as well as its sensible pricing. Boru, is of course, named for the Munster and Irish King, Brian Boru, (actually,
that is the English interpretation of his name - Brian Bóruma mac Cennétig) who first attempted to unite the
provinces of Ireland.
Beyond the classic expression that is featured here today, Boru Vodka is available in three flavors
as well: Crazzberry, Citrus, and Orange. We love Boru for its classic and complex flavors. Its
all that Vodka should be.
Recently Boru Vodka launched a unique competition/promotion known as the Defend the Bar
Band contest. The two-month search for the most authentic and passionate bar band began with over 100 applicants and
culminated with a young and energetic band from Washington, DC - The Lloyd Dobler Effect winning the top prize. To
learn more about the contest and the winner, click here.

Tasting Note: A fresh and clean nose with hints of wet grass and plentiful wet river stone notes. Dry
and crisp on the palate with a mild viscosity. Subtle while complex with mineral tones leading the way. Extremely versatile with
more than enough clout to be a solo performer in a Vodka martini. $22 |
